Ho Chien Mien will be speaking about his experience on several large scale power and LNG plant projects in Singapore with particular reference to the various methods of procurement utilized. This will incorporate discussion on the use of design competitions, the structural framework of the projects including the various types of forms used and, finally, the risk profiles of these projects.
