This visit will allow attendees to have an insight on high rise building construction techniques and challenges. It will provide as well an overview of what it takes to perform and complete successfully a high end residential development in Singapore, with high profile execution required under the contract.

The Arte in particular is designed by the most sought for contemporary architect in Singapore and the Region. A review of his idiosyncratic design will be presented as well. Site visit programme:
1- Show-flat visit (1/2 hr)
2- Construction Site Walk and review of construction cycle floor (L19) (40mins)
3- Meeting room presentation, Q&A and refreshments (45mins to 1hr)

This event is open to current SCL (Singapore) Members only. There will be a nominal administration charge of $20 for attendance. Places are limited to 17 for safety reasons and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Should the site visit be oversubscribed, participants will be waitlisted in order of application. More administrative information will be sent via email to the participants who have been allocated places.
