This seminar will provide an insight into the ever pertinent question – Are Construction Projects Ever Completed? The speaker will highlight the “after life” of construction projects in Singapore.

Notwithstanding the contract obligations being fulfilled, the untold Defect Liability Period (“DLP”) and the “post DLP” will be addressed. With the aid of practical examples, this talk/seminar will allow the audience to measure the high level of risk a Project Team is exposed to beyond the boundaries of the project contract. Particularly after the end of the contractual date of the DLP and regardless of Warranties in place, the expiry of the limitation period seems the only certainty to bringing closure to a project’s risk sheet.
