   1. That office bearers of the Society be elected for the forthcoming two-year period from the date of this AGM (download nomination and procedure form here)
6. PROPOSED CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS
   1. The Constitution be amended to provide that the Annual General Meeting be held within 3 months from the close of the financial year, set out in the attached amendments.
7. APPOINTMENT OF HONORARY AUDITORS
8. ANY OTHER BUSINESS

Should any member have any other matters to be raised, please notify the Secretariat no later than 5.30pm on 17^th August 2016 so that the matter can be circulated to members in sufficient time prior to the AGM.
