About the Webinar:

Intellectual property rights in construction is set to grow in significance and importance, as more innovation and technology is adopted in the industry.

Building Information Modeling is a good example, involving a collaborative process that draws upon the contributions of owners, architects, engineers, contractors and manufacturers to plan, design and construct for delivery of projects.  Are the provisions on ownership and interest in design, drawings and know how in construction, which have long been features of construction contracts, adequate as collaboration grows?  Do these provisions or the law address the position pre-contract, as well as upon completion or the contract’s termination?

Hear experienced construction law specialists share their views and engage in lively discussion on this interesting subject.

Webinar Programme:

Webinar participants will be able to watch and listen to (via computer audio, recommended for security reasons, or telephone line) the video presentation and Q&A discussion on their screens, as well as participate in the Q&A discussion by sending in their questions to the moderator via text using the built-in Q&A function.
