About this Webinar

The law of construction is often not as complicated or as esoteric as the law in niche areas such as shipping and intellectual property. However, one distinguishing feature of construction litigation and arbitration is the volume of documents that are involved. Disputes relating to large construction projects often require counsel to pore over and organize thousands of pages of documents. Managing a construction dispute as counsel often involves superior organizational abilities which can be as important, if not more important, than actual knowledge of the construction law.

The speakers will share useful tips and experience on managing such disputes and will address questions from the audience.

Webinar Programme

Webinar participants will be able to watch and listen to (via computer audio, recommended for security reasons, or telephone line) the video presentation and Q&A discussion on their screens, as well as participate in the Q&A discussion by sending in their questions to the moderator via text using the built-in Q&A function.
