About this Webinar

Good planning and programming practices significantly reduce the risk of disputes developing on construction projects.

In this session, the speakers will discuss best planning practices and common pitfalls for employers and contractors in all project phases, from the initiation and planning stages to execution and completion. The talk will touch upon oft-encountered issues such as the development and maintenance of proper records including accurate baseline and update programmes, best practices on using programmes to track and monitor risk areas within a project, frequently encountered contractual requirements on programming, and many more topics.

This talk is particularly relevant to contractors, subcontractors and employers as it seeks to explore ways in which good planning practices can reduce the risk of major disputes occurring.
