About the Speakers:
Mr. Glenn Haley – Partner, Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP - Hong Kong

Glenn Haley is a lawyer in private practice in Hong Kong, with almost 40 years’ experience in all forms of dispute resolution, in a range of courts and tribunals. He is considered one of Hong Kong's most pre-eminent dispute resolution practitioners as is recognised by Who’s Who of Construction Lawyers, Asia Pacific Legal 500, Chambers Asia and Asia Law. Glenn has been involved in most if not all of the large infrastructure projects constructed in Hong Kong in the past 35 years. He has extensive experience in handling and successfully resolving numerous disputes using all forms of dispute resolution processes, including litigation, arbitration, adjudication, mediation and amicable negotiation, and is a Chartered Arbitrator (CIArb). He has represented government and semi-government bodies in the implementation of numerous large-scale infrastructure developments, including airports, rail projects, bridges, roads, tunnels, power generation projects and commercial structures. Glenn has lived and worked in Hong Kong for the past 34 years, handling matters throughout the Asia Pacific region. |
Mr. Nick Longley – Partner, HFW Australia
 |
Nick Longley is a partner at HFW with more than 30 years’ experience as a construction and construction insurance lawyer. He primarily advises head contractors, specialist subcontractors and construction design consultants. He focuses on arbitration and large-scale litigation relating to major transport infrastructure and energy-related projects, particularly renewable energy.He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and an executive board member of ACICA. Nick is a practising arbitrator and is on the list of arbitrators at the HKIAC. He is also a Grade 3 Resolution Institute arbitrator and is on the list of arbitrators held by the Asian International Arbitration Centre.Nick is admitted in England and Wales, Hong Kong and Victoria, Australia. Nick advises on projects globally from his base in Melbourne. |
Mr. Roger Milburn – Investment Manager, Litigation Capital Management (LCM)
 |
Roger Milburn is an Investment Manager in LCM’s Singapore office. With over 15 years of experience in dispute resolution, Roger is responsible for managing LCM’s offering throughout Asia where he established LCM’s Singapore office – the company’s first outside of Australia - in 2018. His extensive expertise in conducting international arbitration under the SIAC, LCIA, ICC and UNCITRAL rules, his involvement in commercial and cross-border litigation, as well as his experience in the insolvency sector enable him to originate, assess and manage the full range of funded disputes projects. Prior to joining LCM, Roger spent over 10 years in private practice working for the international law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner) in London, Singapore and Hong Kong, where he conducted a broad range of high value, complex, crossborder disputes with a particular focus on the construction, energy, natural resources, financial and technology sectors |

Sezgin is the Head of Delay Expert Services (Asia) at CCi, based in Singapore. He is a testifying delay expert with 17 years of experience in complex building and infrastructure projects. Sezgin has provided service to project owners, main contractors, and subcontractors concerning mediation, arbitration and litigation matters, across both public and private sectors, including oral testimony, cross examination and hot tubbing. Sezgin has dealt with diverse delay-related issues in major capital projects, including oil and gas, power, greenfield urban development, subsea pipelines, mining, wastewater processing, utilities infrastructure, solar farm, transportation infrastructure, and commercial, residential, and technical building projects. His professional experience extends internationally, including Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, India, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Romania. Sezgin has been consistently recognized by Who’s Who Legal as a future leader, a national leader, and a global leader for the past 6 years. |
