Membership

1. Business membership shall:
   a)   be open to businesses whose principal place of business is in Singapore;
   b)   comprise a minimum of three (3) nominees being representatives of the business;
   c)   afford each nominee with the same rights and benefits as for individual members save that no nominee shall be an Office Bearer or a Council Member or an Honorary Auditor.
2. The annual subscription fee shall be S$1,450.00 for a Business Member which will entitle the Business Member to nominate three (3) nominees.
3. The Business Member shall pay S$150.00 per year for each additional nominee. 
4. The annual fee of S$150.00 per nominee may be pro-rated for applications received through the year, as applicable.
5. The annual renewal fees for each Business Member will start from S$1,450 for 3 nominees.
6. In contrast with Individual Membership which is personal and not transferable, Business Members may change their nominees subject to: 
   i.    submission of a formal application to be approved by or on behalf of Council; and
   ii.   payment of an administration fee of S$80.00 for each such change.
7. Business Members will be listed in a publicly available Business Member List based on information provided by Business Members (i.e. business name and business profile) who will be responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.  SCL (Singapore), its Council and the Secretariat shall not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the Business Members List.  SCL (Singapore) reserves the right to edit or remove any information in the Business Members List which, at its absolute discretion, it views as erroneous, misleading or inaccurate in any respect. The information contained in the Business Members List should not be construed as an endorsement of any member, company, or individual.
