Please provide the following details of at least 3 nominees for your Business Membership (must belong to same company/group) using the template Excel table HERE.  Please download and complete the table and then upload it with your application.

Do note that nominees that the annual subscription fee of S$1,450.00 entitles the Business Member to nominate three (3) nominees. There is a fee of S$150.00 per year for each additional nominee.  
A Business Member must notify SCL Singapore of any change in nominees as follows: 
a)   submission of a formal application; 
b)   payment of an administration fee of S$80.00 for each such change; and 
c)   any change is subject to approval by or on behalf of Council of each such change.
