Hazel is the Counsel in charge of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration case management team in Singapore. Before that, Hazel was the Centre Director of the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), an arbitrator, and an accredited mediator in Singapore and Shanghai. Hazel was also a Partner with a leading Singapore law firm with a regional presence, and was based in China for a period of time. Hazel’s experience covers a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work in the construction and infrastructure industry, and she has effectively represented clients in international arbitration, litigation, adjudication and mediation proceedings.

Kelvin is a specialist in resolving multi-jurisdictional construction disputes. He has been recognised in the market for "a keen ability to grasp complex technical issues and break them down into coherent and concise descriptions that can be readily understood by arbitrators" and for his "great in-depth industry knowledge". Clients have also said that he is "an extremely creative lawyer who thinks of solutions that no one else can". Kelvin regularly advises major players in the infrastructure, energy and resources sphere, including by helping them manage disputes before they escalate. His practice covers the entire spectrum of dispute resolution mechanisms including arbitration and litigation. His sector experience covers infrastructure projects from nuclear power plants and renewables including wind, hydropower and geothermal; to refineries, mines, railways, and even giant ferris wheels. He has acted for parties and projects in Korea, China, Middle East, Mongolia, Italy, Indonesia, Laos, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, US and Singapore, amongst others.Kelvin carries out his own advocacy in international arbitrations both in and outside Singapore; and before the Singapore Courts.
Kelvin contributes to thought leadership on construction law issues, including as a Co-editor of the Newsletter of the Society of Construction Law (Singapore). He is also a mediator, and part of an experts group commenting on e-discovery issues.

Chen Han's area of practice is Dispute Resolution. He focuses in particular on construction, engineering and commercial disputes, and related advisory work. The cases on which Chen Han has acted involve a range of matters including tracing and restitution of monies, conspiracy, expressway design and construction, power plant design, construction and operation, cargo-facility construction, water works, mixed research and commercial developments, and hotel management disputes. He is described by Legal 500 as a name to note for construction and dispute resolution, and a go-to individual for complex delay claims, who is unafraid to dive into details.
He has written for various publications including the International Construction Law Review. He co-authored the SICC Handbook – A Guide to the Rules and Procedures of the Singapore International Commercial Court (Sweet & Maxwell, 2016) and the chapter on Enforcement of Foreign Judgments and Foreign Arbitral Awards in the Law and Practice of Commercial Litigation in Singapore (Sweet & Maxwell, 2015). He is also a Contributing Editor for the Singapore Journal of Construction Law and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
