About the Speakers:
Ms. Eliza Jiang - CEO & Co-founder, Lawdify

Eliza Jiang has over a decade of Disputes Resolution experience involving China-related arbitrations against SOEs, high value and complex energy and construction arbitrations, as well as multi-jurisdictional and multi-party arbitrations under the HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, LCIA rules. She also managed hundreds of arbitration cases at the ICC International Court of Arbitration. Qualified in New York, and Ontario, Eliza has an LL.M from Columbia Law School, a J.D. from the University of Ottawa, and a B.B.A. from the University of Toronto. She was a Financial Accountant before she became a lawyer.
She left practice in 2023 to build Lawdify, the first AI Legal Analyst that runs disputes resolution workflows and helps lawyers master the documents and their cases. Recognised as one of the most innovative Gen-AI tech companies, Lawdify is using large language models and graph databases to generate accurate and contextually-aware results for complex, high value arbitrations.

A/Prof Dr. Eugene Seah – CEO, DLS Consultancy Pte Ltd

Dr. Eugene Seah is the CEO of DLS Consultancy Pte Ltd, a firm that provides Project Management,  Cost  and  Contracts  management,  Contracts and Business Advisory that touches on Sustainability, Resilience , Digital and Technology. With more than 25 years of experience behind him and the vast experience on projects of various asset class and sectors, as well as business management under his belt, he is able to bring value to projects that is holistic in nature, taking into account contemporary issues in the industry. He enjoys being in practice , education and research , grooming the younger generation in the Industry of Singapore and South East Asia. He is an Adjudicator , an Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylors and a Visiting Fellow of the University of Reading Malaysia. He currently holds the position of President of Building Smart Singapore, the Chairman of the RICS South East Asia Board and Singapore Chapter and Chairman of the International Cost  Engineering Council. He enjoys serving and giving back to society. He is a member of  COMPASS in MOE and is the Chair of the National Youth Achievement Award Council as well as  committee members of several NGO committees.

Ms. Lesley Tan – Partner, Wong Partnership LLP; Council Member, Society of Construction Law (Singapore)

Lesley Tan is a Partner at WongPartnership LLP, with a focus on the specialist areas of Energy, Projects, and Construction. With extensive expertise in both front-end advisory and contentious dispute resolution, she has been involved in major infrastructure projects, including integrated resorts, petrochemical plants, and airport developments. Lesley has represented notable clients such as ExxonMobil, Changi Airport Group, various statutory boards and Resorts World Sentosa in high-profile matters ranging from contract negotiations to complex litigation and arbitration. Recognized for her commercial acumen and exceptional legal expertise, Lesley is highly regarded in the areas of project development and construction, as noted by leading legal directories such as Chambers, The Legal 500 and IFLR1000.
