The 11th  Society of Construction Law International Conference that will be held in Seoul, South Korea, from 22 to 24 October 2025. This Conference aims to bring together a diverse range of leading professionals working in the construction industry around the world to build relationships and expand knowledge.

The main theme of this Conference is “Bridging Past, Present & Future (in the International Construction Industry)” and the Call for Abstracts is now open.

In line with this main theme, the SCL Korea proposes the following four themes together with two sub-topics each:

• Session 5: Mediation, Adjudication, Expert Determination, Dispute Boards and Beyond:

• Session 6: Options for User-Friendly Arbitration in the Future

Day 3 PM – Bridging Past, Present & Future in the Construction Industry

• Session 7: Future of Construction Industry: Green Energy Transition and Renewable

Energy

• Session 8: Future of Construction Industry: Integration of Cultures and Regions – an Asian and Global Perspective
